Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join their client's esteemed team in California. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to potential and existing tenants, ensuring a seamless leasing process and maintaining high occupancy rates. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate and committed to enhancing tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective tenants to provide information about available properties, terms, and conditions.
  • Conduct property tours and highlight the benefits and features of the community.
  • Process lease applications, perform background checks, and manage lease agreements.
  • Assist in planning and hosting resident events to promote community engagement.
  • Maintain updated and accurate records of property availability and lease expirations.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure properties are in optimal condition for showings.
  • Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance tenant satisfaction.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and increase property visibility.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in leasing, property management, or real estate is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in YARDI and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in real estate or business is a plus.

Required Work Hours

Full-time position with standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed for showings and events.
